Oil Refineries Complex extends the tender for the construction of offshore oil-loading pier

Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex on behalf of the Commission on (tender) selection of suppliers of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan extends the

INTERNATIONAL TENDER

for the design and construction of offshore oil-loading pier No. 3 at the Kenar enterprise for storage and shipment of oil products of Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex.

You are invited to the FER Department of Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries:

• to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phone numbers;
• to be familiar with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• to obtain the technical specifications;
• receive the package of tender documents after paying 1725 US dollars.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.

Tender proposal in sealed two envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain the commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of work.
