Oil Refineries Complex announces tender for the turnkey development of tender proposal

Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex on behalf of the Commission on (tender) selection of suppliers of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan announces INTERNATIONAL TENDER for the turnkey development of tender proposal “Design and construction of new facilities for the onshore pumping station and desalination plant with the capacity of 15,000 m3 day for the Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex”.

You are invited to the FER Department of Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries:

• to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phone numbers;
• to be familiar with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• to obtain the technical specifications;
• receive the package of tender documents after paying 1725 US dollars (including of VAT).

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 business days from the date of publication of the announcement, until 17.00 local time.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
