Ministry of Industry and Construction Production announces tender for the construction of the 2nd stage of the Baherden cement plant

The Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan announces international tender for the construction of the 2nd stage of the cement plant with capacity of 1,000,000 tons per year in the Baherden etrap of Ahal velayat.

All interested parties are invited to the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan.

Payment for participation - 500 US dollars for each lot (payment for participation is non-refundable).

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication of the announcement.

Tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds in the account.

Packages of tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes: the commercial offer (only the price specification is included in the envelope with the commercial offer) and the technical proposal (all other necessary documents are included in the envelope with the technical proposal).
