Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan (TULM) Open Joint Stock Company is a logistics solutions provider for the delivery of transit, import and export cargoes from the consignor to the consignee by one or several types of transport (multimodal services).

TULM was established in July 2018. The company’s shareholders are Türkmendemirýollary (Turkmen Railways), Türkmenawtoulaglary (Turkmen Motor Transport), Türkmenaragatnaşyk (Turkmen Communications), Türkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines), Türkmendenizderýayollary (Turkmen Sea and River Lines) agencies, State Insurance Agency of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen Logistics Association Economic Society.

Based on the achieved cooperation with the freight forwarding companies of the CIS and Baltic states, Iran, Afghanistan, China, and with a number of countries of Europe and Asia, the TULM offers the performance of transport services for the carriage of goods in the territory of these countries at lowest prices and for a short time.
