“Turkmendenizderyayollary” Agency announces tender for the construction

“Turkmendenizderyayollary” Agency announces tender by the following lot:

Lot № 1 – Construction of 4-storey 2, 3 and 4-room 96-apartment residential buildings with improvement of the adjacent territory.

• submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the firm, company, legal status, country of registration of the participant, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, information about the company's financial position for the last five years, detailed information on the company's experience and its employees;
• be familiar with the Law of Turkmenistan "On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs";
• pay the amount of the special (tender) fee according to the invoice in the amount of 1,000 (one thousand) manats.

Tender proposals are accepted in the Department of Technical Development and Rationing of the “Turkmendenizderyayollary” Agency within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement until 17.00 local time.

Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of receipt of the terms of reference.

Tender proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications of services and works, the second - commercial offers with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of services and works.
