LOW VALUE GRANT CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR PILOTING NEW COMMUNITY-BASED SPECIALIZED SOCIAL SERVICES

The United Nations Development Programme in Turkmenistan, being a participating UN organization in the Joint Programme of the United Nations and the Government of Turkmenistan “Improving the system of social protection through the introduction of inclusive quality community-based social services”, invites non-governmental organizations registered in Turkmenistan to apply for low value grants for piloting specialized community-based social services for three target groups, namely for people with official status of disability, elderly people living alone in need of basic care, people with chronic illnesses, with the view of providing them with social support at the community level and helping them to overcome a difficult life situation by creating conditions for their independent living, self-sufficiency, enjoyment of human rights and full participation in society.

Area of piloting of specialized social services – city of Ashgabat.

To obtain Specialized Social Service Specifications the applicant should contact in writing at guljahan.gochova@undp.org, indicating the specific type(s) of the specialized social service for which the applicant plans to apply and requesting the specification of the selected specialized service to be sent to the applicant's email address.
