Turkmengas announces tender for turnkey construction of methyldiethanolamine plant

Turkmengas (Turkmen Gas) State Concern on behalf of the tender commission announces an international tender for the design and construction of a "turnkey" plant for the production of methyldiethanolamine in the Balkan velayat on the basis of direct investments with the terms of production sharing in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan on Hydrocarbon Resources

You are invited to the address Turkmengas SC:

• submit a signed and sealed written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, bank details in a closed and sealed envelope with covering letter;
• get acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan on Hydrocarbon Resources;
• obtain from the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Turkmengas State Concern the terms of reference, the main terms of the contract and the necessary information for filing an application.

Bids are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the announcement no later than 18.00 local time on the 30th working day.

Proposals received later than the deadline will not be accepted.
