Serdar City Administration announces tender for construction of residential buildings

The Khyakimlik (Administration) of the city of Serdar of Balkan velayat announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the construction of 3 types of 2-storey 1-apartment 5-room residential buildings at the expense of long-term bank loans in the city of Serdar

To participate in the tender it is necessary:

• submit written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the company, legal status, information on official registration in Turkmenistan;
• provide information on construction projects completed in Turkmenistan over the past 3 years;
• provide information on the financial and technical condition of the enterprise;
• for private companies, it is necessary to provide the copy of the registration certificate of entry into the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Tender proposals are accepted until January 10, 2022, from 9.00 to 18.00.
