CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for construction of natural gas compression facilities

Branch of the China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces a pre-qualification process for tender No. CIT-21083-SR for the provision of design, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPC) services for natural gas compression facilities at the central gas fields of Block B of the Bagtyyarlyk Contractual Territory

The scope of work of the project includes detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning, acceptance by the working committee, commissioning, functional testing, customer personnel training, preliminary acceptance, state acceptance, one year warranty and transfer of project facilities, which mainly include:

• Compressor station located outside the southwestern fence of the existing second Gas Processing Plant (GPP-2). The compressor station layout consists of 8 sets of 4000kW electric reciprocating compressors and other processing equipment, including production separators, filter separators, ground evaporative air coolers, three-phase separators, oil tanks, lubricating oil pumps, etc.
• Modernization and expansion of the gas collection unit at GPP-2.
• Substation 35 kV.
• Industrial water treatment facilities with a capacity of 900 cubic meters per second.
• Modernization and expansion of the Ila-21 well station.
• Modernization and expansion of the Girsan gas collection station.
• Modernization and expansion of the Bota-Tangyguyi-Uzynguyi gas collection station.
• Engineering networks, i.e. automatic control, power supply and distribution, communications, water supply and sanitation, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC), cathodic protection, master plan, building, structural systems, fire fighting, etc.

Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:

• Application for participation in the tender.
• Brief information about the company, indicating the main activities/business, name, address, sponsor and general information about the parent company, technical capabilities, structure and organization.
• Information on the local registration and licensing of the company, certified documents on registration as a legal entity and any recent changes, a document confirming the trustee and other qualifying documents.
• Financial condition of the company for the last 3 years.
• Similar project experience in the past 5 years, covering contracts, clients, start-end dates, locations, partners, contract amounts (in US$), scope of projects.
• Documents and reports on HSE.
• Willingness to provide warranty.

Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
