CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender

Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Co., Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces a pre-qualification process for tender No. CIT-22121-SR for the provision of services using a coiled tubing unit in 2023-26.

Necessary equipment and personnel for services:

1. A set of flexible tubing with the necessary tools and auxiliary equipment, compatible for the provision of DIS (СКО) and workover operations.
2. Mobile nitrogen plant.
3. High pressure injection pump.
4. Highly qualified team to perform services on gas wells with abnormally high formation pressures and the content of aggressive particles.

Any company interested in this tender can apply for participation in the tender by submitting the following documents:

• Official application for participation in the tender with the signature and seal of the head.
• Brief information about the company, indicating the main activities/business, the full name of the company and legal status, structure and organization.
• Experience in performing services using coiled tubing for the last 5 years.
• Location and current condition of the proposed units and equipment for this tender.
• A copy of the registration certificate of entry into the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan.

Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
