The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree that grants the State Association of Livestock and Poultry Industry the authority to develop the livestock farm project for the State Enterprise Altyn Halka.
To implement this document, officials plan to reconstruct existing facilities, construct new buildings and structures, equip them with modern equipment, and purchase agricultural machinery, tools, specialized vehicles, and high-yield breeds of cattle, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan on Wednesday.
This project aims to develop livestock farming, improve the availability of meat and dairy products for the population, and increase the productivity of agricultural animals, which will strengthen food abundance in the country.
Construction crews will begin work in March 2025, and they plan to complete the project by March 2026.
