Job Description
The Completions Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The CPL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute well completion operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize completions and well performance.
- Ensure all completion equipment is installed and functioning according to design specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues during the completion process to prevent downtime.
- Provide regular reports on completion activities, performance metrics, and HSE compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Completions Specialist
- Experience in working with completion tools, equipment, and wellbore management.
- Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and operational challenges.
- Strong understanding and implementation of HSE culture and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (B2 or higher level).
