Position: Sales Engineer for Process Automation & Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in process automation and instrumentation
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals and quotations
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions
• Interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and client specifications
• Liaise with process engineers, automation engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams
• Provide technical support and participate in project discussions

Requirements

Education:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Process Automation, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field)

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of process automation systems, field instrumentation, and control solutions
• Familiarity with international standards and industrial safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, datasheets, and technical drawings

Sales & Communication:

• Proven track record in technical sales, business development, or project support
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Other Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to travel (domestic & international) for training, client visits, and site support
• Eagerness to learn and expand technical knowledge
• Strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional email and business communication skills
