About the Role

ES Depginli Adim is seeking a qualified CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team at ENI Burun Field, Turkmenistan.

In this position, you will oversee maintenance planning and scheduling activities, ensuring optimal use of CMMS tools to achieve reliability, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CMMS database, ensuring data accuracy for equipment, maintenance tasks, and spare parts.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and resources in alignment with operational priorities.
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, CMMS Specialist, or similar role in the oil & gas or industrial sector.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
