Eligibility Criteria:

• Turkmenistan citizens aged below 31 as of 31 December 2026
• Degree in engineering discipline and geoscience from local or foreign university (foreign university degrees must be accredited by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan)
• Good command of English (Intermediate level)
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership potential, with high learning agility and proactivity.

Work Location: Ashgabat/Kiyanly
