Term of contract: 1 year (The job training period is 3 months)

Major responsibilities:

• Assistance to diplomats (in the field of energy, economy and others)
• Analysis of data in the field of energy and economy
• Oral and written translation (English-Turkmen, English-Russian)
• Implementation of other instructions

Necessary requirements:

• Fluency in Turkmen, English and Russian language
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word)

Preferable skills:

• Professional skills and experience in the field of energy and economy
• Knowledge of Korean language is preferable

Salary and working conditions:

• Monthly salary: 1,400-1,600 USD (to be determined upon the results of interview)
• Dismissal pay will not be paid upon the termination of the contract
• Pension payments are done by the Embassy
• Working hour: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (Lunch break 12:30-13:30)

Recruitment process

1st stage: Document Review (until 24 November)

2nd stage: Interview

• Announcement of the final result:
• Background investigation (2-3 weeks)
• Commencement of work

It is necessary to submit the documents to the Embassy or email them to korembtm@mofa.go.kr by 24 November

Required documents (in English):

• CV with photo 4x5, taken within last 3 months
• Diploma of higher education (+Transcript with grades)
• Proof of work experience (if available)
• Recommendation letters (if available)
• A report on “The current situation of energy industry and energy exports in Turkmenistan” (in English, at least 5 pages)
