As Segment Operations Manager, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions

As Segment Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership to the team by inspiring commitment and engagement through setting a clear vision and direction
• Providing technical support in way to improve service delivery and pursue new technologies implementation for clients.
• Creating and executing product line strategy and goals to ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations
• Building efficient relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high level of service delivery
• Implementing and measuring KPI's associated with the product line to understand customer and market demands
• Positioning strategic solutions to meet market needs based on knowledge of competitors and customers’ industry and operations
• Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership / management role
• Show solid experience (10+ years) and understanding of Pressure Pumping /Coiled Tubing Business
• Have experience in Cementing, Coiled Tubing and Production Enhancement
• Demonstrate expertise in Sales and Finance with a background in Oil and Gas, Pressure Pumping .
• Show analytical and collaboration skills to lead decision-making processes in a team environment
• Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes
• Show excellent interpersonal communication skills and listening ability
• Have experience and understanding of HSE systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies
• Demonstrate exceptional professional expertise in finance with solid experience in a leadership role
• Able to communicate in fluent English.

This role is a Full Time, live in country with normal office-based working hours; Monday - Friday
