Job title: Sales Engineer of Gas and Flame Monitoring and Safety equipment

Education & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
• 2–5 years of technical sales experience (safety equipment, gas detection, industrial automation preferred)

Technical Skills

• Understanding of gas detection systems (fixed/portable), flame detectors, and safety standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx)
• Ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs, and interpret client specifications
• Familiarity with hazardous area classifications (Zone 0, 1, 2)

Sales & Communication

• Proven ability to identify leads, generate quotes, and close sales
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle technical discussions with engineers, safety officers, and procurement teams
• Fluent in English

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel (site visits, client meetings)
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Basic CRM and MS Office skills
