Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Under the overall supervision of the «Chief of Fund Administration», the successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
• Cleans offices, conference rooms, corridors, kitchens, toilets, walking pathways to the building and storage rooms
• Keeps cleaning equipment clean and in working order; advises the supervisor of the need to replace identified equipment.
• Keep record and informs the supervisor of low stocks of cleaning tools, solutions, powder, soap and related accessories. And also informs the supervisor of low stock of food supplies available for consumption by staff.
• Water and replant office plants
• Prepares conference rooms for a meeting, washes dishes.
• Checks that coffee, wash, dish machines are switched off after working hours.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Primary education. No particular specialised experience is required to perform the tasks assigned. The work requires knowledge of simple machine operations and use of cleaning materials/solutions.
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
• Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
