Rowach Hyzmat is seeking a highly qualified Architect / Construction Designer to support a project on a contract basis.

General Requirements:

• Consultancy services for developing the Statement of Needs and Concept Design
• Adherence to applicable design codes and regulatory guidelines
• Compliance with project timelines and company specifications

Experience:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in preparing Statements of Needs and Concept Designs for similar types of projects
• At least an intermediate level of technical English proficiency

Deliverables and Tasks:

• Statement of Needs: Collaborate to articulate the company's vision, strategic goals, and campus requirements. Deliver a summary report including reference images and precedent analysis, with the ability to revise within five (5) working days.
• Concept Design: Present a visual concept for all campus elements—structures, landscaping, and infrastructure—sufficient to inform detailed architectural design. This includes design objectives, spatial diagrams, connectivity plans, and a master plan with visual representations. Revisions are expected within five (5) working days.
• Schematic Design: Provide a functional architectural solution, including 2D scaled drawings and 3D models. Submit a comprehensive report—both in hardcopy and digital format—incorporating all previous stages and general arrangement drawings. Revisions to be completed within five (5) working days.
• Mockup Physical Model: Produce a physical model upon request, with revision capability within five (5) working days.
• Space Audit (Optional): Upon written request, submit a cost proposal within five (5) working days. If approved, evaluate the land/facility suitability based on the Concept Design and propose relevant commercial investment options. Revisions may be required within five (5) working days.

Competitive project-based compensation will be offered, commensurate with experience.
