Position Summary:

The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination of our medical device repair processes and services. This includes monitoring the performance of devices sold by the company, ordering spare parts, and managing the repair workflow to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the operational status of all medical devices under service contracts.
  • Coordinate and schedule all repair and maintenance services.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts, including ordering and tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service inquiries.
  • Lead and support a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical assistance.
  • Ensure all service operations comply with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Educational background in a relevant discipline (e.g., biomedical engineering, electronics, or a similar field).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in technical and administrative tasks related to service management.
