Key functions include provision of driving, delivery, and logistics services (using ADB vehicle) for TKRM and its personnel, supporting ADB missions, and interacting closely with the government and relevant ministries and agencies, development partners, and other entities.  

Selection criteria:

• Must have at least a B-class driving license, and be able to easily operate a sports utility vehicle. 
• Must have 5 years of experience working as a driver, with a clean record. 
• Must have a basic education, with preference for a college degree. 
• Must have sound knowledge of traffic rules/laws, city map and destinations. 
• Must have good written and oral communication skills in Turkmen, and Russian, and be able to effectively communicate in English, as ADB is an international organization with diverse nationalities. 
• Availability of certificates and references would be an advantage. 
• Experience working for an international or multilateral organization, embassy, large private sector company, or government entity would be an advantage.
