Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• Fluent English (Advanced level);
• Minimum 3–5 years of qualified legal experience, preferably within international companies or law firms.

Knowledge:

• Substantive and procedural law of Turkmenistan and relevant international legal instruments;
• Structure and functions of state authorities;
• Contract drafting and execution procedures;
• Standards of legal documentation and record management;
• Business communication and professional conduct principles.

Skills and Competencies:

• Confident application of Turkmen and international law;
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities;
• Effective time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to delegate tasks and lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time;
• Leadership and project management experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including legal drafting;
