Job Purpose
Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records:
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming letters, faxes and post;
- Organizing meetings and appointments;
- Raising purchase requisitions for ordering office furniture, stationery and other necessary materials for maintaining work of Ashgabat Office;
- Liaising with members of the senior management team;
- Dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person;
- Performing secretarial functions, which include answering incoming calls, handling the correspondence;
- Preparation of timesheets of staff employed at Ashgabat office building.
- Careful attitude towards entrusted property and inventory.
- Close interaction and support when other departments call for help
- If necessary, going on business trips as per instruction of management
- Execution of other tasks assigned by line management, if required.
- Compliance with the dress code policy of the company.
Qualification Requirements
- Primary Professional Education. Higher Professional Education is a privilege.
- Experience of performing secretarial function.
- Ability to communication in Russian, English and Turkmen languages.
