The Role

• We are hiring a Tender Specialist to manage our procurement and tender process end to end — from issuing RFQs and comparing supplier quotes to negotiating terms and finalizing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Run RFQ and tender processes for suppliers, contractors, and vendors across our Oil & Gas, Energy, and Chemistry lines
• Build and maintain vendor comparisons covering pricing, terms, lead times, and track record
• Prepare tender documentation and evaluation matrices, with clear recommendations for management
• Manage the process and documentation required for Turkmenistan's commodity exchange (биржа) on relevant deals
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions directly with suppliers
• Run multiple tenders in parallel while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• No prior experience required; experience in procurement, tendering, trading, or oil & gas is an advantage
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or above
• Turkmen language skills are an asset
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence handling contract negotiations
• High attention to detail
