Job title: Equipment Readiness Helper (Contractor)

Location: Balkanabat

Roles and Responsibilities

• ·Support Equipment Readiness team with daily pre and post job activities for Reservoir
• ·Performance Division.
• ·Prepare equipment and accessories for scheduled job.
• ·Assist with equipment acceptance and post-job inspections upon return from the field.
• ·Coordinate loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment.
• ·Ensure proper storage, preservation and tracking of equipment and spare parts.
• ·Participate in inspection, maintenance, and repair of associated equipment according to standards under Supervision.
• ·Participate in equipment improvement initiatives and reliability programs.
• ·Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• ·Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• ·Comply with company QHSE policies and workshop safety procedures.
• ·Maintain the required safety training, report hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents promptly.
• ·Maintain good housekeeping in the workshop and storage areas.

Qualifications

• ·Experience in Well Testing & Flowback.
• ·Language: Turkmen, Russian, English is preferred.
• ·Education: High school attestation.
• ·Good health and physical condition.
• ·Driving license: Valid category B (C is preferred).
• ·Experience in oilfield service operations is preferred.
• ·Experience in equipment maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting skills.
• ·Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• ·Good planning, organizational and time management skills.
• ·Teamwork and communication.
• ·Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
