Embassy of Pakistan in Turkmenistan announces tender for the construction works

The Embassy of Pakistan in Turkmenistan requires applications for the following procurement/construction/repair work in the building of the Embassy:

Construction/repair work:

• suspended ceiling (Office ambassador + lobby + 1st floor);
• conference room repair;
• construction of the bathroom (Office of the Military Attache);
• building the corner for the flag and national anthem;
• installation of the sign at the main gate;

Furnishing and installation:

• executive Dining Set (Ambassador's Office);
• conference table with 10 chairs;
• tribune with the logo;
• service desks - Number 4;

Provision of machinery and equipment:

• desktop computers with printers - Number 2;
• conditioners Models Dual 1.5 Ton - Number 2;
• speakerphone system;
• electronic door locks - Number 3;
• multimedia screen in the conference room;

Trading conditions:

1. Registered companies, as well as individual enterprises are invited to submit proposals until February 12, 2020 until 15.00.

2. Tender proposals will be opened at 15.30 on February 12, 2020 in the presence of parties wishing to attend them.

3. Companies must submit the separate rate for each job.

4. The details of the work can be received on any working day from 14.00 to 16.00 at the specified address.

5. Preliminary conference to determine the standardized scope of work will be held at the Embassy on February 7 at 15.00, and interested parties are invited to attend.
