Turkmenstandartlary announces tender for the installation of electronic document management system

The Main State Service Turkmenstandartlary announces TENDER by the following lots.

To participate in the tender, you must submit the written application and receive package of tender documents. Tender proposals must be submitted in two envelopes. In the first envelope should provide full technical specifications, and in the second envelope - the proposed prices.

Financing of the installation of the electronic document management system, as well as the equipment and services necessary for this, as well as the automation of all divisions and departments of the Main State Service, is provided for in the national currency of Turkmenistan.

Lot №1 – Purchase and installation of the electronic document management system, servers, computer and additional necessary equipment, software in the buildings of the Main State Service Turkmenstandartlary and its subordinate organizations, as well as automation of all divisions and departments of the Main State Service.

Lot №2 – Purchase and installation of servers, computer and additional necessary equipment, software in the buildings of the Main State Service and its subordinate organizations.

Tender proposals are accepted until July 24, 2020, 18.00, in the Main State Service Turkmenstandartlary.
