• Construction of 9-storey residential buildings with 32 apartments by order of the Turkmen State Publishing Service;
• Construction of 9-storey residential buildings with 32 apartments by order of the Ministry of Defence;
• Construction of 9-storey residential buildings with 48 apartments by order of the State Concern "Turkmengaz";
