CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for construction of new water supply facility

The branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd.  in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender No.CIT- 23096-SR for the provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPC) services for construction the set of new water supply facility in the water intake station of Block A on Contract Territory Bagtyyarlyk

Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:

• Application form for participation with bid number and name
• Company brief introduction including company full name, its legal status, the country of registration and requisites and does the company have any branches in Turkmenistan.
• Financial status and audit information in the past three years.
• Provision of official letter from Company concerning the willingness to provide tender bid guarantee in case of participation in given tender.
• Achievements of similar EPCC projects.
• For local Company it is necessary to provide copy certificate of registration in Union of Entrepreneur and Industrialist of Turkmenistan.

Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
