Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces international tender for construction of two substations

The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces international tender for turnkey construction of 35kV and 110kV substations in Balkan province under the following lot:

Divisible Lot No.1 - Turnkey construction of 35kV and 110kV substations in Balkan province

Interested parties must:

• submit a written application addressed to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration and details;
• get the specification of the lot and technical requirements in the Department of Prospective Development, New Technologies and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan
• receive a package of tender documents by paying 1,500 US dollars (without VAT and bank charges);

Tender proposals are accepted until March 22, 2024, until 16.00 local time.

Packages with tender offers are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
