Türkmenhimiýa State Concern announces international tender for purchase of phosphate fertilizers

Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern on behalf of the tender Commission announces an open international tender for the purchase of products by the following lot:

Lot No.6 – Phosphate fertilizers

Parties are invited to the address of Turkmenhimiya SC to:

• submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;
• be familiar with the "Rules for holding international tenders for the selection of suppliers of material and technical goods for the Turkmenhimiya SC”;
• get the specification of the lot and technical requirements;
• receive package of tender documents by paying $500 (five hundred) including VAT for each package of documents.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 30 (thirty) working days from the date of tender publication until 4:00 PM local time. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

The bank account for fund transfers will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain the technical proposal, technical specifications, and conditions, while the second should contain the commercial proposal and conditions. The tender envelope must include a scanned version of all documents in PDF format and a specification in Excel format.
