Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces international tender for construction of steam turbine sections of power plants

The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for the turnkey construction of steam turbine sections at the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Derweze State Power Plants to convert gas turbine units to a combined cycle

Divisible Lot No.1 - Turnkey construction of steam turbine sections at the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Derweze State Power Plants to convert gas turbine units to a combined cycle

Interested parties must:

• submit a written application addressed to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration and details;
• get the specification of the lot and technical requirements in the Department of Prospective Development, New Technologies and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan
• receive a package of tender documents by paying 1,500 US dollars (without VAT and bank charges);
• applications of individuals and legal entities with accounts in offshore zones will not be considered.

Tender proposals are accepted until November 22, 2024, until 16.00 local time.

Packages with tender offers are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
