Turkmenabat International Airport Announces Tender for Aircraft Spare Parts Purchase

Turkmenabat International Airport of the "Turkmenhowayollary" Agency announces a tender for the procurement of spare parts and equipment for ground and technical maintenance of aircraft at the aerodrome.

Lot No.1 – Procurement of equipment for determining aviation fuel sediment.

Lot No.2 – Procurement of an ear-mounted device for maintaining communication between the pilot and the crew.

Lot No.3 – Procurement of rubber chocks for aircraft wheels.

Lot No.4 – Procurement of spare parts for telescopic passenger boarding bridges.

Applications must include the company’s full name, legal status, registration, and founding documents with validity periods, as well as a copy of the representative’s passport.

Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The bank details for the registration fee payment will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals are accepted at the Marketing and Contracts Department of Turkmenabat International Airport within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this announcement, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM local time.

A complete tender proposal, stamped and sealed, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the specified address starting from the announcement’s publication date. Proposals will only be reviewed after payment of the tender fee.

The tender proposal must include electronic versions of the documents, key contract terms (in Word format), as well as technical and economic specifications (in Excel format).
