Türkmennebit Announces International Tender for Marine Oil Loading Pier Construction

Türkmennebit SC on behalf of the Tender Commission for the competitive selection of suppliers (contractors) of goods, works, and services for Turkmenistan's oil and gas industry, announces International Tender No.02/DG for the selection of a contractor for the design and turnkey construction of a marine oil loading pier for the Keýmir Oil and Gas Production Department in Okarem settlement, including dredging and dismantling of the existing pier

Potential bidders are invited to submit to the address of the Turkmennebit SC:

• Submit an application (applications from companies registered in or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted), including the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and banking details.
• Familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs", an excerpt from the "Tender Procedures", and the list of required documents for participation.
• Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and key contract terms.
• Receive an invoice for the payment of USD 1,725 (incl. VAT) or the equivalent in manat for participation in the tender.

Bids are accepted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan” of the announcement until 16.00 local time.

The account for the transfer of funds will be indicated after submitting a written application.

One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation), certified with a mastic seal, must be delivered to Turkmennebit SC’s address from the moment the announcement is published and is accepted for consideration after the funds are credited to the account. The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in the Word format) and the technical and economic specification (in the Excel format).
