Türkmenhimiýa State Concern Announces International Tender for the Purchase of Material and Technical Resources

Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern on behalf of the tender Commission announces international tender for the purchase of goods for the needs of the Türkmenturba plant under the following lots:

Lot No.2 – Technological Equipment and Spare Parts

Lot No.3 – Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment

Lot No.5 – Chemical Products

Lot No.7 – Miscellaneous

Parties are invited to the address of Turkmenhimiya SC to:

• submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;
• be familiar with the "Rules for holding international tenders for the selection of suppliers of material and technical goods for the Turkmenhimiya SC”;
• get the specification of the lot and technical requirements;
• receive package of tender documents by paying $500 (five hundred) including VAT for each package of documents.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 30 (thirty) working days from the date of tender publication in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper until 4:00 PM local time. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

The bank account for fund transfers will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain the technical proposal, technical specifications, and conditions, while the second should contain the commercial proposal and conditions. The tender envelope must include a scanned version of all documents in PDF format and a specification in Excel format.

Tender proposals must be delivered to the following address: Material and Technical Supply Department, State Concern Türkmenhimiýa 4th floor, Office No.424, 132 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
