Balkan Province Administration Announces Tender for Major Overhaul of Municipal Solid Waste Landfill

The Balkan Province Administration invites local construction companies to participate in a tender for the selection of a contractor to carry out major overhaul works on the municipal solid waste landfill of Etrek district

Local enterprises and organizations officially registered in Turkmenistan, regardless of ownership structure, are invited to participate in the tender.

Applicants must submit the following documents to participate:

• A written application indicating the full name of the participating company;
• Information regarding the company’s material and technical capacity;
• A certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (required for private companies).

Tender submissions are accepted daily from 09:00 to 18:00 until April 3, 2026, at the address indicated below.
