CNPC Turkmenistan Branch Announces Pre-Qualification for Vehicle Purchase Tender

China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd., Turkmenistan Branch, announces a pre-qualification process for Tender No. CIT-26003-MR for the purchase of vehicles for the 2026 year, Lot 1, for CNPC International Turkmenistan

Any company interested in participating in this tender may submit an application. The application package must include the following documents:

• Expression of Interest (EOI) / Application for Tender Participation
• Company profile including brief introduction and description of main business activities
• Experience list of purchase of vehicles for the last three years.
• Local companies are required to submit a Certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Applications must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication in mass media. Pre-qualification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Pre-qualification documents must be prepared in both English and Russian languages. All documents shall be bound, paginated, and sealed in tamper-proof envelopes bearing the company's official seal and accompanied by a cover letter. Submissions must include one (1) original, one (1) copy, and a complete scanned version of all documentation. The outer side of each envelope must clearly display the receiver's name, sender's name, tender number, and tender title.
