Turkmenistan's Ministry of Textile Industry Extends International Tender for Freight and Passenger Lift Procurement

The Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan announces the extension of the international tender originally published in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper on February 26, 2026, for the supply and replacement of elevator equipment — including freight and passenger lifts — at enterprises under the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan

The tender is open to foreign companies, sole proprietorships, and legal entities duly registered in Turkmenistan in accordance with applicable regulations.

To qualify for participation, interested parties must:

• Submit a written expression of interest including the applicant's full legal name, organizational/legal status, and supporting documentation confirming registration in Turkmenistan;
• Obtain the Technical Specifications and complete Tender Documentation Package;
• Pay a non-refundable tender document fee of USD 300 (three hundred U.S. dollars) plus 15% VAT.

Please note: Tender proposals will only be accepted for review upon confirmed receipt of the document fee payment to the account of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.

Tender proposals from companies registered in or maintaining bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.

Proposals must be submitted within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
