Turkmenabat International Airport Announces International Tender for the Supply of Foam Fire Suppressant and Dry Chemical Extinguishing Agents

Turkmenabat International Airport of the state aviation service Türkmenhowaýollary announces an international price quotation tender for the supply of foam fire suppressant and special dry chemical extinguishing agent for Turkmenabat International Airport

— Supply of foam fire suppressant and special dry chemical extinguishing agent for Turkmenabat International Airport.

To participate in the quotation, the following is required:

• Submit a participation application by sending an official letter addressed to the Head of Turkmenabat International Airport, confirming your intent to participate in the quotation and willingness to pay the tender fee as per our request. The letter must include the full legal name, legal status, and banking details of the applicant, along with the following attached documents: certificate of registration and constituent documents, power of attorney, and a copy of the authorized representative's passport.
• A payment invoice will be issued upon submission of the written application.
• Pay the tender participation fee of USD 20 (VAT included), in accordance with the requirements of Turkmenistan legislation. Payment must be made within 5 (five) business days from the date of invoice issuance by Turkmenabat International Airport.
• The participation fee is non-refundable.
• Upon receipt of payment, the full tender documentation package will be forwarded to the applicant.

Applications for participation are accepted until April 17, 2026, inclusive.

Tender proposals (quotations) must be submitted to the email address of the contracts department of Turkmenabat International Airport: turkmenabat.airport.int.dep@gmail.com no later than April 24, 2026, inclusive.

Proposals received after the above-stated deadline will not be accepted or considered.
