Turkmengeology Reannounces International Tender for Purchase of Material and Technical Resources

Turkmengeology SC on behalf of the Commission on competitive (tender) selection of suppliers of Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reannounces the open international tender №09/24 (1) for the purchase of material and technical resources

Only manufacturers of the goods that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate in the tender.

Lot No.3 - Electrical, geophysical, control and measuring equipment, communication facilities and building materials

Lot No.4 – Automotive, tractor, and specialized machinery, along with associated components and spare parts

Potential bidders are invited to submit to the address of the Turkmengeology SC:

• submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;
• be familiar with the Law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs, the statement of the Rules of the tender and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
• get the specification of Lots, technical requirements and the basic terms of the contract;
• receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 500 US dollars or the equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and bank charges) for one Lot for participation in the tender free of charge.

The necessary information, as well as the specifications for the announced lot, can be downloaded from the websites http://www.tmgeology.gov.tm/ and/or http://www.oilgas.gov.tm/.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified when submitting a written application.

One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account Turkmengeology.

It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format) and the technical and economic specification (Excel format) in the tender envelope.

Requests for invoices must be submitted no later than the 29^th business day from the publication date of the announcement in the newspaper. Proposals must be submitted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication in "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, by 12:00 PM local time.
