Türkmenhimiýa State Concern Announces International Tender for Electrical Equipment and Spare Parts

Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern on behalf of the tender Commission announces international tender for the procurement of electrical equipment, spare parts, and consumables required for the operations of the Türkmenturba plant

Parties are invited to the address of Turkmenhimiya SC to:

• submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;
• Interested parties are invited to review the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs," as well as the relevant excerpt from the "Rules for Conducting International Tenders for the Selection of Material and Technical Goods Suppliers for the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa."
• get the specification of the lot and technical requirements;
• to obtain the tender documentation package, participants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of 500 (five hundred) US dollars for lot, excluding VAT and bank charges.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is 30 (thirty) working days from the date of tender publication in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper until 4:00 PM local time. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.

The bank account for fund transfers will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Tender proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain the technical proposal, technical specifications, and conditions, while the second should contain the commercial proposal and conditions. The tender envelope must include a scanned version of all documents in PDF format and a specification in Excel format.

Tender proposals must be delivered to the following address: Material and Technical Supply Department, State Concern Türkmenhimiýa 4th floor, Office No.419, 132 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
