The first exclusive exhibition showcasing Turkmenistan’s export capabilities officially opened in the city of Gorgan with participation from over 50 Turkmen companies, as reported by Mehr News Agency on Monday.
According to Mehr News, the event is dedicated to introducing Turkmenistan’s trade potential and aims to strengthen economic cooperation with Iran and the broader region. The exhibition is being held at the Gorgan International Exhibition Center.
Turkmen companies from various sectors, including textiles, food production, construction materials, and petrochemicals - are presenting their products and services at the event. In addition to commercial activities, the exhibition is expected to foster bilateral meetings and explore opportunities for expanding trade ties between the two neighboring countries.
The event will run for several days, offering Iranian businesses and consumers a close look at Turkmenistan’s industrial and commercial offerings.
The exhibition will run from May 5 to 7, 2025, in the Iranian city of Gorgan.
