Exhibition Dedicated to Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality Kicks Off in Ashgabat

International exhibition dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's permament neutrality opened at the Expocentre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Tuesday.

According to TDH news agency’s report, the scope of the forum, which included a range of achievements of the country and current trends in the development of the national economic complex, is illustrated with the participation of 37 ministries and sectoral departments, 6 TV channels, as well as the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

“The exhibition, which will run for 12 days, will reflect the successes and achievements of the national economy of sovereign Turkmenistan," President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said in his congratulatory message to the participants of the International Exhibition, which was read at the opening ceremony.

The opening of the exhibition started with a demonstration of exchange trading in exported products, textiles and other domestic products.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the results of the Digital Solutions-2020 competition of innovative projects will be summed up, the presentation of Sanly.tm, a new national e-mail, and tmchat messenger program, Turkmen Sahra-2020 virtual exhibition and scientific developments of scientists of the Academy of Sciences will take place.

The exhibition will also include various business events, including with the participation of foreign companies' representatives. The closing ceremony of the exhibition will take place on the International Day of Neutrality.
