New Turkmen Gas Well’s Daily Output to Near 1 MCM

Appraisal well No.1 at Yylan gas field in Mary province will daily produce 991.6 thousand cubic meters of natural gas, the online publication of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.

According to the report, employees of Türkmengaz State Concern’s Türkmengazburawlayysh (Turkmen Gas Drilling) Department have been searching for this natural gas deposit for several months. The department’s administration is exploring and developing gas fields throughout Turkmenistan.

Türkmennebit State Concern’s Gumdagnebit Oil and Gas Production Department secured production of approximately 91 thousand tons of oil in January-February 2023, exceeding the plan by 112 percent, which is 124 percent higher than the same period last year.
