Central Asia Hub, which helps local businesses to reach millions of customers worldwide, calls for applications for the eBay Central Asia Hub 2023 program, USAID Growth Initiative announced on Monday.
The hub is realized by USAID Enterprise and Business Environment Project along with the Ready4Trade Central Asia Project of the International Financial Center. The initiative aims to connect small and medium-sized Central Asian companies with international customers through e-commerce by providing them with consultations to open and manage stores on eBay, assistance in getting paid by international customers, connecting to the Payoneer payment system, special DHL rates, product listing and sales promotion.
Top applicants will receive individual coaching and go-to-market strategy, get their eBay stores designed and launched, have products sent to US warehouses, and free shipping offers.
The eBay Central Asia Hub 2023 application is open till April 30. Applicants should be businesses registered and operating in Central Asian countries, and produce unique products or works of art such as handmade rugs, traditional clothing, home decor - blankets, and miniature paintings.
