An official opening ceremony of the Turkmen-Tajik business forum was held in Dushanbe on May 8, the Tajik National News Agency Khovar reported.
According to the report, more than 67 large, small, and medium-size companies in the areas of confectionery, household appliances, coffee, plastics, stationery, textiles, polypropylene threads, as well as in the tourism, consulting services, and trade will take part in the forum on the Turkmen side.
The business forum program will also include the first Business Council meeting of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, as well as an exhibition of exports.
Entrepreneurs of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan will hold several bilateral meetings.
