Turkmenistan imported minerals from Germany worth €2.43 million in January-February 2023, which is 3.2 times more than in the first two months of last year, Trend news agency reported on Friday, citing the statistical office of the European Union - Eurostat.
According to the report, Turkmenistan imported minerals from Germany for nearly €840,000 in February 2023, 1.8 times less than in January 2023 (€1.59 million).
Overall, from January to February 2023, Turkmenistan reduced imports from Germany by 32.5 percent compared to the first two months of 2022 (€35.09 million) to €23.68 million.
Trade between Turkmenistan and Germany in the first two months of 2023 amounted to more than €23.97 million, down 31.9 percent from the same period last year (€35.21 million).
