Businesses from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan procured 10 thousand tons of liquefied gas during Wednesday trades at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET), the SCRMET announced on its official website.
A ton of liquefied gas sold at the trades was $341, with the total sum of the deals amounting to $3.41 million.
Additionally, companies from the UAE and Afghanistan bought 6.5 thousand tons of diesel. The total value of the deals amounted to more than $3.74 million.
During the trades, businesses from Azerbaijan bought 41.5 thousand kilograms of plain dyed and jacquard knitwear. The total value of the deals amounted to $186.75 thousand.
For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased SN-350 base oil for 98.7 thousand manats.
Established in 1994, the SCRMET is the main body regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
