President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will attend the inauguration of Recep Tayyip Erdogan as President of Türkiye to be held on June 3 in Ankara, the Anadolu news agency reports.
TThe inauguration ceremony of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will see attendance of 21 Heads of State, including Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, Gabonese President Ali Bongo Ondimba, President of Guinea-Bissau Umaro Sissoko Embalo, President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, President of Montenegro Yakov Milatovic, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso, President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani President of North Cyprus Ersin Tatar, President of North Macedonia Stevo Pendarovski, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Rwandan President Paul Kagame, Senegalese President Maki Sall, Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, President of Togo Faure Essozimna Gnassingbe, President Mohammad Shahabuddin Chuppu of Bangladesh, President Mamadi Dumbuya of Guinea, as well as 13 prime ministers and representatives of international organizations, including the Organization of Turkish States, NATO and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
Erdogan won the May 28 presidential election with 27,834,589 votes, 52.2% of the total ballots.
Following the inauguration ceremony, the Turkish President will unveil his new Cabinet of Ministers.
